Spring Break is march 27-31! We look forward to seeing everyone back at school on Monday, April 3.REPORT CARDS Term 2 report cards have been emailed out to parents/guardians. If you have not received your child's report card, please let the office know and we will email them again when we return from Spring Break. With the arrival of Spring that means that Winter Town Bus has come to an end. The last Winter Town Bus pick up and drop off was on Friday, March 24. Lots has been going on in the 7/8E class! We have helped the kindergarten classes with different crafts and are excited to continue helping in the future by being leaders in our school. We have also been collaborating with our peers in the classroom. We recently finished our Ancient Greece Research Polis Poster Project. Students worked together to research, create, and present an ancient city to their classmates. Athens got a double thumbs up! Finally, we enjoyed learning from Cookum Daisy, an Indigenous Elder, alongside the other 7/8 English class. We learned about native Manitoba ingredients and medicines, such as wild rice and cedar. We also heard from Cookum Daisy about some of these medicines' uses. Finally, we are looking forward to the break and returning refreshed and ready to learn in April! Comments are closed.
